Intensive Perinatal Mental Health Treatment

Some pregnant and postpartum mothers need more support than weekly counseling can provide. Postpartum Support International maintains a national list of intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, and inpatient perinatal mental health treatment programs. Texas currently has a limited number of listed intensive perinatal mental health options, including in-person and virtual statewide programs.

Families can find supportive programs on PSI’s intensive treatment directory.

Because program availability, insurance, costs, and eligibility can change, please contact each provider directly to confirm details. PSI also offers Support Navigators who can help families explore options.
