Every Texan deserves access to safe, respectful care. Yet, half of all Texas counties are classified as Maternity Care Deserts—areas with no hospital or birth center offering obstetric services, OB-GYNs, or nurse-midwives. For thousands of women, that means facing pregnancy and childbirth without basic medical support.

We Accept Other Donations, too!
Save Texas Moms gratefully accepts donations of new, unopened diapers and essential baby supplies (diapers in all sizes, wipes, sealed infant formula, and new baby care items) to support pregnant and postpartum mothers across Texas, especially those living in maternity care deserts.
Donation Guidelines—Diapers and Baby Supplies
Disposable diapers in all sizes (newborn through size 6)
Pull-ups (new, unopened)
Baby wipes (unopened packages)
Infant formula (new, unexpired, and factory-sealed)
Baby hygiene items such as diaper rash cream, baby wash, shampoo, and lotion (new and unopened)
Other essential baby care items in new, unused condition.
Please note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened packages, used items, or expired products. At this time, we are not accepting clothing, used baby gear, or household items. Donations should be appropriate for infants and young children and ready for immediate distribution to families in need.

There Are Many Ways to Help

Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs)
A Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) is a simple way to support Save Texas Moms using charitable dollars you’ve already set aside. Donors contribute assets—such as cash, stock, or other investments—to a DAF held by a public charity or financial institution. You receive an immediate tax deduction, and the funds can grow tax-free while you decide which nonprofits to support.
